Karma Amaris – Karma’s Brand New Plug-in Hybrid Luxury Coupe
This is the Karma Ammeris and it’s a super cool twodoor coupe that you didn’t even know about. Karma is probably reminding you of the Fiser Karma back from 2012. But actually, this company split and became Karma Automotive and it’s owned by a Chinese company. The front end of this Ammeris looks super cool. This red absolutely glistens in the sun. And this is a similar front end design that Karma has been using for their new cars like their normal Rivera, which is a four-door sedan. And it also has this cool multis-spoke design on the rims. Again, this and this red looks super awesome. And it has these C-shaped hood vents up front. And it’s powered by a three-cylinder BMW engine. You can see the interior is also very cool looking with lots of red leather and Alcantara and a center display here. A very cool looking steering wheel as well. And a remote controlled looking drive mode selector. Here’s where the engine exhaust fumes come out. It also has a full glass roof. And the rear is my favorite part. Super thin tail lights. This Karma 3D badge. And the rear diffuser is focused on aerodynamics with flicks under the car to help with increased air flow and even these vents. And this car is not electric. It is actually a plug-in hybrid. Here is the first fuel door. We go to the other side. That is the second fuel door. It has a generator. So most hybrids you can either switch from gas to electric mode, but this car stays on electric mode and the gas engine is as a backup. You listen.
You may remember the Fisker Karma from 2012. Those two nameplates split and became separate companies. This Karma Amaris is one of the latest vehicles from Karma Automotive, now owned by a Chinese manufacturer. The Amaris is a two door coupe with a hybrid generator system. It is powered by a three cylinder BMW engine, and looks extremely luxurious and sporty.
