Tesla has officially closed reservations for its exclusive Signature Edition Model S and Model X after the limited production run sold out in just days. The sell-out marks the end of the road for Tesla’s flagship sedan and SUV as the company prepares to pivot its production lines toward the Optimus humanoid robot project.

The final release was strictly limited to 350 units globally—250 for the Model S and 100 for the Model X. Priced at approximately $159,420 USD, the invite-only series generated a combined $56 million in revenue for the automaker.

These legacy-honouring vehicles feature a bespoke Garnet Red paint finish with gold Tesla badging and gold Plaid accents. The interior is finished in a white cabin with Alcantara trim, gold seat piping, and a unique numbered dashboard plate. Performance upgrades include a 1,020-horsepower Plaid powertrain, with the Model S receiving a carbon ceramic brake kit with gold calipers.

To celebrate the milestone, Tesla is including a Luxe Package with each purchase, featuring a Signature Edition key fob and lifetime free Supercharging. The company also plans to host a special sunset celebration event this May for the small group of owners who secured a spot.

With the Model S and Model X now officially retired from the order books, Tesla’s focus shifts to what’s next in its lineup. The company previously informed buyers that these final editions were designed to mark the beginning of a new era as factory floor space is converted for future robotics and next-generation platforms.
