NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Fire Department released footage of a person attempting to start a fire at the Tesla of New Orleans building.
On Tuesday, April 14 a person threw what appeared to be a Molotov cocktail at the Tesla building on 2801 Tchoupitoulas Street.
