BYD just unveiled its Blade Battery 2.0, promising both longer range and much faster charging. The updated battery reportedly supports ultra-fast charging and ranges approaching or exceeding 1,000 km (CLTC) in some upcoming vehicles.

The new design builds on BYD’s original Blade Battery, which focused on safety and durability, while pushing energy density and charging speeds even further.
