What’s new for Electric Vehicles? 2025 LA Auto Show. #shorts
Let’s check out all the electric vehicles at the LA Auto Show. Toyota’s bringing the CHR back as a full EV with up to 290 mi of range, a 74.7 kWh battery, and native max charging arriving in 2026. They also showed the new busy lineup, including the Beey Woodland, a rugged EV with standard all-wheel drive, 8.3 in of ground clearance, and knack. The third generation Nissan Leaf finally gets a full redesign. A 75 kWh liquid cooled battery, up to 303 miles of range, and 10 to 80% charging in 35 minutes. But Nissan’s charging setup might be confusing for some. The Chevy Bolt is back, starting under $30,000 now with 150 kW fast charging, native knacks, and vehicle to home capability. GM actually listened. Quick stop at Volkswagen to grab this cute ID Buzz Diecast. I couldn’t resist. Subaru revealed two brand new EVs, the Trail Seeker and Uncharted, both with all-wheel drive, 8.3 in of ground clearance, 300 plus miles of range, and knack support. Scout Motors showed the Traveler SUV and Terror Truck, both starting under $60,000, offering up to 350 mi of range, max charging, and vehicle-toloadad capabilities. The Rivian R2 arrives in 2026 starting around $45,000 with 300 plus miles of range in a smaller and more practical size. Lucid’s Gravity offers up to 450 mi of range with ultra fast charging. And the Faraday Future FF91 2.0 is ultra luxury, offering 0 to 60 in 2.27 seconds and starts around $300,000. Affordable EVs are coming back and Knax is taking over.
