On May 2, Electrek put out an [article](https://electrek.co/2023/05/02/exclusive-ford-e-transit-gets-186-mile-option-starting-may-11-vanlifers-rejoice/) stating that Ford was going to make an announcement on May 11th about an extended range (186mi) E-Transit. Well, it’s long past May 11th and I can‘t find anything about it. I’m just curious, does anyone have info on this or did Electrek just get some bad info?

Hi, article author here. We were told this by Ford themselves and have heard nothing more about it since, either.I just pinged them and will let you know what I hear back.
Ford is losing money on their electric vehicle sales so they’re trying to just pass time I bet
