Why Motorcycle Riders HATE Electric Bikes & E-Motorcycles | CycleCruza
You know, I’ve been getting more hate lately whenever I do a review on an electric bike. You’re like, “Cycle Cruiser, man, get out of here with these stupid ebikes, these little pansy electric bikes out here, man. Don’t nobody want to see that.” But you know what? In this video, I I’m going to tell you why bikers hate on ebikes and why it must end. Let’s go for a ride. subscribe today. First off, I want to say is that I I absolutely love motorcycles. They are number one to me. Okay, number one. About 97% of my content, you know, over like 2600 videos I’ve done since 2012 has been on motorcycles. I’ve owned 12 different motorcycles, currently own two motorcycles, and I love motorcycles. Absolutely love it. that will never end. Okay. Um, so for those of you guys that think I’m turning into an electric bike channel, you are sadly mistaken. I just like to diversify and I like to try different things. There’s so many riders out there that are ignorant like I used to be. I used to be very ignorant about stuff that I never rode and say it’s stupid. It’s a pansies ride electric motorcycles and ebikes. Uh, I used to talk mad stuff. I even went as far as saying that I would quit riding motorcycles if I were forced to ride, you know, electric motorcycle. You know, the day that we had to switch over to only electric motorcycles and I might have to just go to off-road riding on it. And now I’m hooting and hollering on these ebikes and uh e dirt bikes and stuff I’ve had. Oh man, this thing is awesome. This is so sick and love them now because I tried it. Yeah, I bought that Seron X black edition and I I looped the wheelie because the torque was so strong on it and I was like, “Whoa, that is awesome.” And uh and that’s what kind of started my love for the electric uh dirt bikes and ebikes. But you know what? I’m going to tell you why bikers are are hate ebikes. Before I do and get out here on the filthy streets of Cleveland and do a moto vlog, make sure you’re wearing the gear to stay safe out there. I will tell you this guys, for you bikers out there, I understand how you feel. There’s nothing like the feel, the rumble of a motorcycle. Listen to that. That Acropovich exhaust on this ML7 sounding like kind of like a Harley-Davidson sounds awesome. And uh the the feel of a motorcycle you can’t a ebike cannot replicate that. Okay, motorcycle my love for motorcycles will never end. Okay, it’s like I say they are number one numero uno in my life. Okay, that’ll never stop. But these ebikes, these ebikes out here, there’s room for the ebikes in a mo in a motorcycle riders garage, guys. Um, I’m telling you guys, the reason why bikers hate on them, okay? There’s there’s like this trend, a theme going on with old heads that they don’t want to try new stuff. They think the electric stuff is for tree huggers, pansies, sissies, you know, they’re for girls and stuff because they’re not as powerful as motorcycles and um you know, they just for whatever reason they just want to hate on them. Uh and it’s mostly the old heads because this new generation are embracing electric electronic technology and electric vehicles and everything. Uh, look at Sirronster, you know, the moto vlog. He’s a moto vlogger that he started on a Seron X and he rides electric motorcycles, ebikes, everything else, and has millions of views and I think he’s got over a million subscribers and like he’s very popular, but his his crowd are all the younger generation, the young kids and the young adults and everything. And I got a lot of people on my channel, which I love you guys, don’t get me wrong, man. And I’m not hating on you. I appreciate you. But I got a lot of old heads out here that refuse to change their ways or try anything new. And that’s really what it boils down to. They’d rather just hate on something than try it. And like I said, I can relate to you and I can’t get mad at those of you that are hateful like that because I was like that, too. I went as far as talking about I’d quit riding motorcycles if they made us ride electric uh motorcycles only. You know what I’m saying? But then you guys said cycle cruiser try it and quit talking smack. So I got that Seron X and and since then I’ve had I’ve got probably had about 15 ebikes and e dirt bikes and the e trike and everything else out there. And I think it’s awesome. You know, you don’t have to go fast to to enjoy being on two wheels. We all started on bicycles, man. When we were kids, our bicycle was everything. Our BMX bike was everything to us, guys. You know that. And now you acting all shitty towards bicycles in ebikes and stuff now. Like, come on. That’s where we came from. That’s our roots. You should love everything on two wheels, man. Stop being an elitist and just thinking that motorcycles are only cool. Go try the ebike. Most of you guys out there have never ridden an ebike that talk that are talking smack. If you would only try it. All I ask you is to try it, man. They’re fun. I’m telling you, this new Happy Run G100 Pro that I got was absolut This thing does almost 50 m an hour. We don’t have to do any maintenance with the ebikes hardly. Just grease the train chain. You know what I’m saying? and charge the battery and put air in the tires. That’s all you got to do. You know what I’m saying? No oil changes, no valve checks, no none of that spark plugs, none of that stuff. You know what I’m saying? So, you got more time to do other stuff. Now, I’m not telling you not to get a motorcycle, but I’m telling you to add an ebike to the garage and quit talking smack. You know what I’m saying? Stop this machismo BS either, too, man. It’s Stop the machismo out here. Being macho out here because nobody cares what you’re riding out there. Nobody cares. Live your life for yourself. Don’t worry about how other people perceive you. You know what I’m saying? If we could just get people out here to actually try stuff before they hate it, it would end a lot of hatism. I tell you that right now, man. Now, if you try the ebike and you think it sucks and it’s wimpy and you but and it’s dumb, then leave a comment. Let’s talk about it. At least you tried it. I can’t hate on you for for sharing your opinion on it because but you tried it. But uh just try it and and stop uh complaining and and talking smack about stuff you never tried. Yeah, I’m hating on this younger J gen generation that hates on the motorcycles. You know what I’m saying? I want you to get a motorcycle, too. I want you to have both. I want you to have everything on two wheels. Everything. Even the little e scooters. Them little e scooters are fun, man. Them things, some of them go real fast and zip you around town. Everything on two wheels, man. Two wheels moves the soul. You know what I’m saying? And uh yeah, the electric bike can’t do that. You can’t hear that beautiful rumble.
