Bonnell 775 MX | Production Update
Hey everyone, Matt here from Benell. I’m here at the production facilities of the 775 MX bikes. I wanted to personally thank each and every one of you guys for your patience and support while we finish building your 775 bike. As you can see behind me, assembly is in full swing. We’re building about 150 bikes a week right now. Like a lot of other companies, we’ve experienced some delays with manufacturers and supply, and it’s been frustrating for all of us. But in good news, we do have some really awesome upgrades that are coming on these bikes for you guys. So, we’ve got a full Tannis insert that’s in the rear wheel. We’ve got a new chain tensioner that’s a lot easier to use. We have smaller cranks, so less pedal strikes. We also have thicker gauge spokes and a fully welded sealed rear rim, which is better for running tubeless. Our team of engineers is on site with us here now to make sure we get through all the quality checks as soon as possible to get these bikes out to you guys. We know the wait has been longer than anybody has wanted or expected, but we’re confident when you guys get these bikes and you get out on the trail, it’s all going to be well worth the wait.
Production is in full swing! We have a shipment of 775 MX bikes already on the water and another shipping this week, with more to come. Thanks for hanging tough, we are confident it’s worth the wait.
