Long Range Moped Style E-bike is VERY IMPRESSIVE!
All right, we’re at 21 right now. 22 23. All right, the Von got a little bit of kick, bro. [Music] Yo, gang, what is up? It’s your boy Moab Bro and today we got the Veyron Beast electric bike in all black with these cool little white graphics on it to sort of make it a little bit of a camo color. But coming into the middle of the frame, we got a huge 48vt 31.5 amp hour battery, which will give you a top speed of 28 miles per hour and a range up to 70 miles. And as you can see, the battery is tucked in the frame, and we got the key switch on the side right here. So, coming to the front end of the bike, as you can see, we got a nice bright headlight with blinkers. And of course you can turn it off and it sort of turns into like a daily running light. So right now it’s off and then you have a little daily running light right here which is a cool little feature. Of course we got front suspension which I freaking love to see. And rear suspension on the rear which is sort of tucked in. You can’t really see it at all which I sort of like when the suspension’s tucked away. Just gives it a nice clean stealthy look. And then of course we got the tail light in the rear with the blinkers. And it is also touch sensitive. And it has a little plate holder right here. So if you wanted to put a plate on here, which you don’t need to. It already comes street legal. It’s a bicycle, but you could, which is just awesome. And I like to see that. So coming to the handlebars, we got the headlight switch right here with the blinkers and horn. Right here is to turn the bike on, pedal assist, or you can put it in like walking mode. And then on the right side, we got the throttle with the gear shifter. And then coming into the middle, we got the LCD screen. But man, I’m excited to try this Veyron out for the first time. So, let’s hop on it, see what she is capable of, and just go for a rip. All right, gang. We’re on the Veyron beast. Let’s hit a little top speed test. We’re at 14 miles per hour right now. This thing says it goes 28. So, let’s go. All right, we’re at 21 right now. 22. 23. All right, the var got a little bit of kick, bro. It’s getting us there. Oh, we’re already up top speed right now. Well, almost 27.7. Pretty much 28 miles per hour, which is the top speed. All right, let’s hit a little off-road. This thing got full suspension. Woo. To be honest, it feels great, bro. Even the throttle, even when you’re off-roading with the throttle, it still got some power. Jumping off the curb. Easy peasy. All right. So, I do want to mention when you’re off-roading, there’s a little bit of clacking going on. And I think it sort of has to do with the battery and maybe just the suspension. But don’t get me wrong, it feels smooth. Like, oh, I just hit a big jump right or a bump right there. Like when you’re off-road in it, it feels very smooth and you got tons of power. I’m using throttle only in the sand and I’m going 28 mph like nothing. But it handled the off-road no problem at all. All right, we’ll do a little sidewalk mobility test. Woo! It’s definitely feels like you can move this bike around where you want it, bro. Has like a sharp Oh my god, so many Oh, lizards, bro. I hate running over lizards, man. They’re my homies. But it feels good. Like, dude, feels really good. All right, so the Veyron Beast has a 750 watt rear hub motor. So, let’s see how it handles a little off-roading, bro. Let’s see how much torque we can get. Hopefully, we can make it up here. I’m definitely noticing like Oh, okay. Okay, it did make it. It passed the test. That’s all that matters. It passed it. It was a little slow once we got near the top, but it made it, which is nice to see for the 750 W motor going down it. Woo! That suspension’s working. Bro, I really don’t feel uncomfortable. Like some bikes when you get off-road in it feels very sketchy and like hard to control, but not the Veyron. The Veyron be ripping. But yeah, we’re cruising right now and as you can see, the bike ain’t loud at all. It’s not clanky at all when you’re just cruising on the roads. All right, we’re at the top speed 28 mph with 27.7 pretty much 28. And as you can hear, this thing is buttery quiet on the main roads. Like, can barely hear the engine at all. So far, I’ve gone 5.6 miles and I still have a full battery, bro. Like, that is awesome, bro. So, I really do think the range of this bike is around maybe 60 to 70 miles, which is that’s a lot for an electric bike, but I mean, it does have a 31.5 amp hour battery, and that’s what gives you all that juice just to keep on ripping throughout the day, bro. It’s got that 750 W motor in the rear, which will give you a peak wattage of a,000. So that’s really what helps this bike just kick up and just rip and start going like on throttle or pedal assist. It don’t matter, bro. It’s just flying. I got a off-road section here. Let me pop on through this bit. All right, we’re in a little rocky section. We got 20 in by 4 or 20x 4 inch wide tires. And so far, I’ve had no issues on the road or on the off-road. like they’ve been like good like a hybrid tire. Like look, bro, I’m just ripping through the off-road, bro. All right, we got my down speed test right here with S turns. So, we’ll really be able to test the mobility. Woohoo. I’m already at the top speed, 28 miles per hour. That is a thing. It has like a hard limit at 28 miles per hour. So once you hit 28 mph, it doesn’t let you go past it, which is a bit unfortunate, but it is what it is. It gets up to that 28 miles per hour like that, which I love. Let me slow down, bro. Yeah, I’m really like surprised with these mechanical brakes. Yeah, it has disc rotors on it, but it is a mechanical system. And if you don’t know the difference is one is like a wire. So this wire will pull it up and on a hydraulic system it’s fluid. So the fluid will clamp it instead of a wire which is supposed to be more like you know more smooth and things like that. But these mechanical brakes, they’re doing the job. They’re definitely doing the job. Hydraulic brakes will be a little bit more powerful, but like I said, this gets the job done. And for that price point, I’m okay with it. Woo! We’re at this beautiful spot right here. Beautiful. Let’s hit a little 360 of the Rayon beast, bro. So, like I said in the beginning of the video, we got the huge battery in the middle of the frame right here, but we got these cool little like graphics. It almost reminds me of like camo graphics, but not like fully camo. But I love the all black. The black just blends in. So, you know, it doesn’t really stand out. And I love a bike that doesn’t stand out too much because I just want to blend in like going through places like this. I don’t want to have a crazy bike where people are like, you know, what is that? Like they turn and look and see what it is. This is just nice. It blends in. And a cool feature I love, it has a key, bro. So, a lot of electric bikes, they don’t really have a key system to turn on the battery. So, like anyone could like turn on the battery just using the power button. But on this bike, if you ain’t got the key, you’re not going anywhere, which is a nice system so no one could steal your brand new bike. But bro, with that huge battery in it, giving you about 70 miles of range. But I still got the blinker on. Let me turn that off. Like that’s just awesome. Like I’ve almost hit 10 miles right now and I still haven’t even I still haven’t even dropped the bar, which just shows you’re definitely going to get a lot of miles on this bike. And especially if you’re using pedal assist, oh boy, you’re about to get tons of miles. All right, since we already did a top speed with the throttle, I sort of want to try it with the pedal assist starting at zero. So, let’s go. We’re on level five pedal assist. So, it’s the highest pedal assist. Okay, it’s sort of hard to go. Okay, there it goes. It’s sort of hard to get going, bro. But it’s it just launches, bro. I’m already at 21, bro. Holy crap. The pedal assist really be moving also, bro. And I don’t really feel a difference between the pedal assist and the throttle, which I love to see. I like when the pedal assist and throttle have the same sort of torque and input, just so you know, like it feels the same and like, you know, it doesn’t surprise you. So, you might be asking, Moto Bro, who’s the bike for? And it’s definitely for a commuter, a cruiser that, you know, can hit a little bit off-road, nothing crazy. It does got front and rear suspension, so hitting bumps really ain’t bad at all. It feels pretty comfortable. So, it’s definitely just for someone who is a commuter, cruises around, maybe has some friends with ebikes, and sort of wants to get into the ebike world, but doesn’t want to spend tons of money. So, for $1,100, you can get yourself an ebike with a 48vt 31.5 amp hour battery that goes 28 mph. Like, that’s killer. That is flipping killer. I did want to go through the pedal assist levels. Right now, we’re on pedal assist level one, which will probably give you around 8 mph. Yeah, 8 mph. We’ll hop into level two, which already is a little boost, which is around 12 mph. Level three, each time you get a little boost is 15 15 miles per hour. Level four probably going to be around 20 to 22. Yeah, 21.3. And then level five is the full shebang, which lets you go 28 miles per hour. And if you’re wondering, the levels on the pedal assist, they do affect the throttle. So, I’m on pedal assist. Let’s go level two, which is around 12 mph. The bike will not let me go over. You see, I’m stuck at 12.1 miles hour. So, I have to turn the pedal assist up for the throttle. Also, I just wanted to mention that. Woo, bro. Feels nice just cruising along, bro. It’s nice and smooth. Woohoo. I’m loving it, bro. Sun is going down behind us. It’s just a vibe right now. Gone 9 miles and still haven’t dropped a bar. So, you’re almost guaranteed around 40 to 50 miles if each bar goes 10 miles. So, you’re getting closer to that 70 miles of range, which they say on the website. But, as you know, they do exaggerate. So, it sort of depends on how you ride the bike. How you ride it depends on how much battery you’re going to have or how many miles you can go. I would say like the main downside to the bike is just the clankiness. Like the bike really isn’t heavy. It’s got a good amount of power. Goes 28 on the throttle and pedal assist. It’s got front and rear suspension, so you could hit things like that. All right, gang. Coming to the end of the Veyron Beast test ride. Man, I was super impressed with the bike. First off, the looks. It looks sick. It has a nice shape to it, especially being in this all black with these little graphics they put on it. It gives it a nice cool look. So, that’s passing the test. Front and rear suspension, headlight, tail light, all good. The battery, bro, this is a special part of this bike is this 4831.5 amp hour battery. So, the weight capacity is 300 lb on this bike. I don’t know if I mentioned that throughout this video, but the main con I could really think of because everything else, the top speed is good, the range is good, it cruises good, it’s just a little bit clattery, like when you’re hitting bumps, like I noticed the battery has a tiny bit of wiggle. So, this makes a little bit of noise when you’re hitting some big jumps. And I think the chain on the back be clanking a little bit, which is expected. You’re not going to find an ebike that doesn’t really clank while off-roading, but some bikes do it a little bit more than others. And I would say, unfortunately, this bike definitely does make a little bit more noise while you’re off-roading. But if you’re just on the normal roads cruising, bro, you’re going to have no issues at all. The front and rear suspension worked great. It wasn’t too soft, but it wasn’t too hard. It was just like a nice medium level where it would soak up the bumps. So, overall, bro, I am very, very impressed with the Veyron Beast. If you guys are interested in this bike, I’ll have a link in the description down below. Hopefully, I can get a discount for a discount code for you guys. But yeah, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Remember, stay motivated, stay disciplined. I love you gang. Peace.
