Less than 2 weeks left before the federal tax credit on plug-in hybrids and EVs expires. September 30th is the last day before the new law takes effect and those tax incentives go away. So, currently on most manufacturers that have qualifying plug-in hybrids or EVs, you can get at least $7,500 in lease cash, the manufacturer is able to capture from the government and then pass along to you in the form of a discount or a rebate. So, you can use it as a discount off the selling price or in some cases as a rebate which would act like money down. This is free money from the government. These EVs and plug-in hybrids must go in Mercedes-Benz land. There are tremendous opportunities available to you, including things like the G580 electric, GLC plug-in hybrids, GLE plug-in hybrids, all of our EQ models, even S63 plug-in hybrids. There are less than two weeks left. This is not dealer speak. I’m not talking about programs that might change from one month to the next.
