The Fiido Air is an affordable, lightweight, and extremely cool city e-bike for commuting across town or cutting across campus. It’s one of the most affordable carbon fiber e-bikes we’ve tested, and it also packs in lots of tech, including a smartwatch!
At 33 lbs, the Air is easy to lift and carry up a flight of stairs. It’s also agile and quick to get up to speed. Bikes with rigid frames like the Air often feel jarring to ride, but the carbon fiber also smooths out the ride by absorbing bumps and vibrations.
The bike might look simple and straightforward at face value, but the included smartwatch and the Fiido app offer a host of cool features, such as the Smart Unlock function that automatically unlocks the bike when the watch wearer approaches it.
Additionally, this bike rides great with a responsive pedal assist system. It’s an e-bike for those who like to pedal, with a helpful motor that isn’t overpowering.
