I Can’t Believe This E-Bike Is Only $849 | Luckeep X1 Lite Review
This video is about the lucky X1 electric Bike what’s up everybody and welcome back to another unboxing and review video big shout out to luck keep for reaching out to me and asking me to review this ebike of theirs this is the X1 model I’m going to start by unboxing this thing getting it all set up showing
What comes inside the box and then we’ll take it from there let’s get started all right let’s see what comes inside this box before we continue cuz I need some tools which I’m pretty sure are in here we got the luck keep user manual here we have the pedals we’ll install
Those in a second this must be the charger it’s a 2 amp charger and it looks like we got more tools a multi-tool and then we have these two reflectors we’ll figure out where they go in a second let’s continue putting this thing together all right guys and that’s pretty much it
Pretty simple assembly all put together I must say that this is one of the larger ebikes that I’ve received to review this thing is huge I’m about 5’8 sitting position is pretty nice but the bike itself is really large looks amazing and it also comes with this which is pretty awesome you can
Actually turn the bike on as well with we’ll talk about all this stuff when we go out on the road and review it at this point as always I’m going to let this bike fully charge and then we’re going to hit the streets hit the road talk
About the price the specs my opinion of this bike and see how it does so let’s do that right now all right guys the bike is fully charged I just wanted to show you the starting procedure and I also wanted to show you this key fob
That it comes with pretty much uh it has an alarm on it so if we lock the bike and then somebody comes to move it it gives a little alarm for you uh we can unlock the bike and then you can just start it with this key starting procedure is pretty simple
Once you’re on it just hold the power button and it turns on it’s kind of uh I don’t know if you guys can will be able to see the screen but it’s a color display pretty nice uh it starts at zero which means no throttle and pedal only let’s go to one
And let’s see what the speeds are on this bike it’s a little bit different where the pedal assist 1 2 3 4 and five are directly correlated to the pedals and the throttle is separate so if you use the throttle you’re going to get the full power all the time so let’s
Put it in pedal assist one and actually only use the pedals and see what kind kind of speeds we get okay so pedal assist one super chill about 9 M an hour this will obviously preserve your battery uh for a really long time really a lot of
Range let’s bump it up to two pedal assist two oh yeah more torque right off the bat and right now we’re going 13 M an hour okay let’s Try three oh yeah more torque right away it like kicks your kicks your head back so now a little bit faster 18 M Hour not bad pedal assist 4 all right now we’re moving a little bit faster 22 M an hour 22 and 1/2 all right now let’s try pedal assist 5 and see what happens oh yeah now we’re definitely moving see like anything over 25 mes hour on these bikes it feels much faster
And you actually feel like you you are are moving you’re not like stuck you know so it’s looking like 28 M an hour on pedal assist 5 not bad at all and there’s the last thing there’s one more thing I want to try as I mentioned the pedal assists directly
Correlates to actually pedaling so if you even if you’re on mode one and you use throttle only you’re going to get the full power of the bike which is first time I’ve ever experienced that and uh I think I kind of like it better where you know you can put it on
Whatever setting you want and pedal to get that lower speed and preserve your battery but you always have the throttle if you want to give it a little bit extra you let go the throttle go back to pedaling it’s kind of nice instead of switching back and forth on the menu so
That’s kind of nice now uh keep in mind guys it is uh it might not seem like it but it’s really windy today so um that definitely will affect your speed but let’s see what throttle only does so I’m not pedaling throttle only of course you’re going to lose you
Know your battery will get uh used faster this way so it’s showing 27 but um I actually got it to go 30 um few minutes ago before I was recording uh I think it definitely has to do with the wind so I’ll go by the the the 2930 that
I got earlier on Full Throttle only kind of cool all right so those were the speeds good to know now let’s go to the park over here right around see how this thing handles a little bit of uh off-roading and talk about some of the
Specs all right so far I like the way this uh this thing handles it’s kind of cool but let’s see how we feel about it over here because it does have a fork uh with lockout um I didn’t really adjust it I don’t know how soft it is right
Now it’s a little bit bumpy over ride little bit of a bumpy ride here but I like the way this thing handles so far no problem I mean it is a little bit bouncy but that is expected let’s see if we can climb this hill if we can I’ll be surprised
Yeah no problem no issue at all that is pretty cool all right let’s uh talk about some of the specs of this thing so what we got here is the luck keep X1 electric bike this bike has a 48v 750 wat 1200 w Peak beang brushless rear hub motor coupled with a removable
Lithium ion 48v 15 aamp battery it has a 20in by 4 in puncture resistant fat tires front suspension fork with 80 mm of travel and lockout a fully adjustable seat and adjustable handle bars which actually fold in the rear we have this nice sturdy rack it also has Zoom mechanical brakes with
160 mm rotor we have a Shimano 7speed with the Shimano derailer the frame is made out of 6061 aluminum alloy and the frame folds as well the net weight of this bike is 70 lb Max load of this bike is 330 lb up on the handlebars we have our
Half twist throttle our AR Shimano gear changer a 3 and 1/2 in color display an integrated phone mount which is kind of cool to have our onoff controls and mode selector then we have a headlight switch left and right signals and a horn all right and the final thing the
Most important thing the price this bike is on a special deal right now going for $8.49 which is insane for the amount of stuff you’re getting over here I keep on saying this with other bikes my $110,000 suron doesn’t have an active brake light or signals and these bikes have it which
Is pretty crazy but let’s go ahead and continue our ride let’s get out of here and see how this thing does on the road so starting to get used to this uh bike and the maneuverability when I unbox this thing it was a rather large
Ebike but now when you’re on it it’s uh it’s very maneuverable able for the size and I’m uh I’m like I said I’m about 5’8 and uh it fits perfect now the fact that you can adjust the seat and the handlebars I mean this will accommodate um even shorter people than
Me and taller people than me another cool thing about this bike is it’s considered a class 3 E Bike according to California’s DMV and that means that you you can pretty much ride it anywhere without having any sort of uh problems so we can ride it at the
Park like we just did and we can enjoy this bike path like I’m doing right now and that’s pretty awesome and so far it seems like we did about 7 miles oh look at that I told you it’s kind of windy today so we did about 7
Miles and only lost about one bar bar or two bars when I let go of the throttle it all comes back but when I hit Full Throttle two bars go away so we’re maybe maybe 20% of the battery not even I mean I don’t know but you guys can see
Hopefully the screen will get picked up by the camera so not bad and I’ve been kind of like you know on the throttle this whole time so if you were to use the pedal assist you would make the battery last a lot longer so far I’m liking this bike a
Lot and this is like a super cool way to get around town if you have a short commute or even for like you know a Sunday ride this is super awesome it’s a beautiful day today it’s just a little windy and I can feel the wind pushing against me which definitely affects the
My top speed but regardless I mean we’re moving along over here and these 4in fat tires are making the ride really smooth as always if you guys are interested in checking this bike out I will have a link in the description also you guys can get a discount if you guys
Use my code code volted so keep that in mind again all that information will be in the description but that’s pretty much it for me and this review guys I hope you liked this review if you did definitely leave a like for this video subscribe if
You want to see more of these reviews cuz there are more coming but that’s pretty much it I appreciate you guys watching thank you very much and I’ll catch you on the next one peace
Luckeep X1 Lite electric bike unboxing and full review. I can’t believe this ebike is only $849. I was impressed by this Class-3 e-bike. Featuring a 750w (1200w peak) hub motor coupled with a 48v 15ah battery this folding ebike is capable of speeds up to 28mph. I did however manage to get it up to 30mph. With a front fork, front headlight, active brake light, and turn signals. This electric bike is perfect for the average commuter.
