The city of Lowville has passed a new E-bike law. It places restrictions on electric bikes and scooters.
As WWNYTV reports, the new law requires riders to be 16 years or older and wear a helmet.
It also prohibits riding e-bikes and scooters on sidewalks.
The new law will take effect in about a month.
