[Music] A watershed event in SCOD’s electrification ambitions, the 2026 Epic is a compact electric SUV segment breakthrough. The new model is an economical, roomy, technologically advanced and remarkably versatile electric vehicle that exemplifies Scott’s modern solid design language. From city inhabitants to young families, the Epic aims to make electric transportation really cheap and desirable. It’s more than simply an EV. It’s a statement of intent. A potent, practical, and genuine design that reimagines traditional SCOD features for the electric age is unveiled in the 2026 SCOD API. The new SCOD emblem is sculpted onto the hood of the Epic. The front-facing camera and longrange radar are housed in its sleek glossy black tech deck face, which is a contemporary take on the classic Scoda grill. Daytime running lights and turn signals are housed in T-shaped bifunctional LED elements that surround the tech deck face, while the main headlights, which are positioned lower, showcase matrix LED technology inspired by cubism. The Epic has a boxy shape that makes the most of cabin room. an upright attitude and minimal overhangs, all while maintaining a small length of about 4.1 m. The vehicle has a strong SUV- like profile thanks to its front and rear bumpers, which are adorned with eye-catching spoilers and unique dark chrome. The wheel arch trims are also rather noticeable. The car’s powerful shoulders are highlighted by a high, sweeping cyclone line that visually divides the greenhouse from the rest of the body. The roof spoiler and aerodynamically improved wheels work together to create a low sloping profile that maximizes aerodynamic performance. Scod lettering replaces the traditional logo above the tailgate and T-shaped tail lights complete the sleek contemporary rear end. The roof rails and bumper are decorated with eye-catching orange elements which give visual appeal to the matte metallic paint in dazzling moon white. The Volkswagen group’s MEB small platform which the Epic is built on is designed for maximum electric performance and efficiency. It is shared with the VW ID2 in the future Kupra Raval. There are 150 223HB available from the powertrain options which include single motor FWD variants. According to reports, higher trims may reach 100 kilomeh in less than 7 seconds. Thanks to the configuration’s tremendous acceleration, thanks to its larger battery pack, the Epic can reach a maximum electric range of more than 400 km over 250 mi. The range is longer with the 56 kW battery. Although both the 38 kW and 56 kW choices are anticipated to be offered with a rapid charging capability of up to 125 kilob. You can get your battery back to 80% in under 20 minutes which is great for those long trips. And further important aspect of the Epic is its ability to allow birectional charging. This function transforms the car into a portable energy storage unit that can either power the customer’s home or other devices.

With its bold “Modern Solid” aesthetic, efficient electric powertrain, feature-rich interior, and surprising spaciousness, the Epiq is set to be an “epic” milestone for Skoda, offering an exciting and accessible entry into the electric vehicle market.
