should you buy this e bike #ebike #etmrtr
Should you buy the ETM RTR? Well, let’s determine that. The RTR comes with a 72vt 25 A battery and an 8 kW motor allowing me to reach 58 m an hour, which is more than its competitors like the X. Some other features are key ignition, LCD display showing speed and battery percentage, three-speed throttle that’s very snappy, XT90 charging by the handlebars, very grippy pegs, good H35 chain, [Music] full moto brake setup, very good for wheelies. fully adjustable motor suspension. Okay. Okay. Now, I’m going to throw the GoPro on my helmet, ride, and tell you about the pros and cons. All right, guys. So, we’re going to go ahead and ride, and I’m going to tell you guys a couple of pros and cons as I ride. So, we’re going to talk about pros first. Pros are these brakes. I really love these brakes. They’re great for wheelies. They’re really beefy. Um, yeah, they’re just all around great brakes. Better than Toaria brakes on like MX4s and trip X’s. Better than most brakes in bikes these classes. Second pro is the power. This thing is torquy. It is a wheelie machine as you just saw there. Wasn’t a good wheelie, but it just powers. Um, Another pro is definitely uh let me hit this jump. Oo, another pro is the suspension. It is very stiff, but it’s full adjustable. It’s perfect for hitting jumps. Um, I haven’t adjusted it yet cuz I honestly like it. But if you want to adjust it, it’s fully adjustable and it’s great for jumps. Um, another pro, people kind of hate on this one, but in my opinion, it’s a pro and a con, and that would be the battery life. It is a 25 amp hour, so it’s not as good as other bikes in its class, but for messing around and for the size of this bike, it’s honestly decent range. I get like 30 mi, so it ain’t bad. But, uh, now we’re going to move on to some cons. Um, one con would be the weight of this bike. For the size of this bike, it is quite heavy. It’s almost as heavy as Kari as other bikes like that. It is obviously lighter, but it’s really heavy bike. Um, and then another con, I’m going to go ahead and say the chain. This chain is a number 35H and it’s not bad, but for the power that this bike’s pushing, it needs a bigger chain. Compared to all the other bikes, like an MX4 is also pushing 8 kW, but it has a way bigger chain than this bike. So, it’s constantly stretching and it needs to be adjusted and lubed a lot. control. Definitely get some uh chain grease or whatnot that you like. And then another con, it’s not too much of a con, but I kind of don’t like the throttle. It is smooth and it’s snappy, but it kind of has a cheap feeling to it. And for the price of this bike, I feel like they could have definitely put a better throttle on it. It kind of wobbles a little bit and like clicks back and forth. I don’t know if you guys can hear this, but kind of moves and it has like a cheap feeling to it. And also, I put an ODI grip on it on both my things and it doesn’t even fit on there. So, it’s kind of like a shorter throttle as well. And moving on to another con is definitely the seat. Um, ain’t a bad seat, but it is a little stiff. So, if you’re going on long rides, it can tend to get uncomfortable. And yeah, I kind of don’t like that. So, those are the main pros and cons. And I’m just going to talk about like couple mixed things as I just ride because I have time to. But I like the display. Um, most bikes have displays, but I just like that they have it on there and that um it tells you all the stuff that you need like speed and battery percentage and mileage and all this stuff and it’s just there like right in the middle. Unlike the Taria, they got those little things right here. I kind of like how this is just more in the middle and it’s bigger. [Music] Uh yeah. So the display um also like that this bike they give you a tool kits for it so you can work on it all yourself and everything if anything breaks or whatnot. And yeah, but also moving on to things I dislike is there’s no stock lights. I bought some Amazon cheap lights. The rear light ain’t bad. The rear light’s decent. Right here, I got the rear light. It’s decent. The front light, I don’t like the front light. It sucks. All right. So, I was talking about my lights and um how I dislike the front one and I do like the rear one, but I don’t like how they don’t give you them stock. But then my GoPro died, so that’s why I switched over to my phone. But that’s pretty much going to be all the pros and cons for the bike. I mean, I personally I love this bike. I have a ton of fun on it. I’ve already rode it a bunch pretty much every single day of the week. Um, I love this thing. I recommend it. I think it has its ups and its downs. I think there’s ways that it’s better than the Taria, but ways that the Toaria is also better. But in my opinion, I like it. I think it’s worth the hype, and I think it’s worth the money. So, thank you guys for watching, and I’ll see you all in the next one. Peace out.
