No, this is what happens when you don’t check the clearance… Something has been rubbing away at that tire.
It’s camber wear from prob -4 or so, and bad toe.

Definitely a bad alignment, looks like toe wear. The camber only accelerates the rate that the tire wears down due to bad toe
