I can’t say for certain but it’s super clean. If you’re going to try to sell it do it right, set the price really high vs comps and wait for somebody to come along that’s been looking for this exact car.
For the right buyer, if you’re lucky, they can pay a lot more than you’d think and still have it be a good deal if they’re looking for your exact choices in restoration and still have it be cheaper than building it.
If you don’t get any bites after a few months start walking back the price until either it sells or you wouldn’t sell it for that and wait a few months. Try it again then.
