literally anything made by their Southeast Asian partner, Astra Daihatsu Motors.
especially the current generation Avanza/Veloz; they literally made an entire minivan out of a kei car platform (Daihatsu DNGA platform) stretched to its absolute limits, and slapped a GIGANTIC grille infront of it.
the previous generations of Avanzas were also ugly, but atleast they were RWD.
another notable example is the AC200 DNGA platform Yaris Cross, it’s basically the “Rav4 at home”, since it looks vaguely more like a Rav4 but way worse, complete with an unnecessary grille.
then theres the Calya, probably the most ugly car to be badged as a Toyota; it looks like a 2nd generation Avanza that got mutated in a way that it looks horrific.
