It’s safe to assume it didn’t sell well due to balance issues. Rollovers around corners are inevitable with the weight of the cargo over a single wheel in the back. High center of gravity doesn’t seem to help, either.
Despite the design flaw, it’s adorable and r/CuteWheels -worthy!
