I think Americans would be a lot more open to them if they opened a plant in the US too. Not just assembly of kits, but also sourcing and manufacturing of components as well.
Edit: I’m referring to cars, not buses. (Before someone points out “they already have one”…)

Yes and 51% ownership should be granted to a local partner in France, same as china requires for foreign companies setting up in china.
