this is my 2011 Mazda2. inspired to buy one after buying Owning a mazda3 and a honda fit i think this is a perfect in-between lol.
I was just wondering if i mount my lip and skirts do u think the scraping will cause the self tappign screws to wiggle out? main reason im asking is cuz i dont want a screw in my tire if i hit the ground too hard or something.
Also, i know everyones gonna be against stretching on such a thing wheel, but does anyone know a good stretch for 16×6.5? currently on 205/40… meaty as helll

First of all I appreciate you doing something different with this build. Looks solid. As for the self tapping screws I’d shy away from it just because of the risk of them falling out since nothing will be holding it in from the other side. I’d at least have a nut on the other end to hold it in place if it were me. As for fitment I’m unsure when it comes to that size. Depending on the offset of the wheel I’m thinking maybe a 185 to 175 possibly. I’m just speculating from what I see. Good luck on the build though!
