Aside from the interior looks just like the charger from burn notice.
Dealerships are selling them for 35K in similar condition. So 30K is a fair deal if it runs well and has no major blemishes.
Do you have another 10k to put into it immediately? It is for sale for a reason and will need lots of work.

It’s 30k if the frame is as good looking as the paint and interior. When buying a vehicle like this, it’s all about the integrity underneath.
As others said, 30k is about on the money for these in this condition. There’s another one for sale somewhere in the country for that price in burgundy. And I just helped another redditor acquire one up in Canada with some pretty awesome specs, needs a full resto though.

$30k is good provided you have a mechanic you trust inspect it and he gives you the all clear. Something that’s been modded like this you want to be VERY careful.
Just have mechanic do underneath check. Measure wheel to wheel on both sides to make sure it’s not bent, magnets on quarter panels to verify it’s metal, not fill. Stuff like that. After that offer $25000.

10k tops. Replace engine with a 340 or better yet a 440. Get rid of the ac. If you put a big block in it. Put in big block springs.
