And is it going to get worse with the transition to electric vehicles Well I think it’s going to be a challenge It’s going to be an obstacle I think the government needs to work faster We need a plan needs to work with the industry because we know what’s happening on the ground We need to give them some advice and we work on a plan to actually engage with people and going to schools and trying to get people back into the industry We need that desperately As I said Joe we’ve been talking about this for many many years This is not a new topic I think it’s probably flavour of the month because of the EV transition But we need every part of the industry farming machinery motorcycles you name it we need them So you’re pretty frustrated that your calls haven’t been heard for a long time on this Stavros and just take us through some specific you’ve touched on this already but take us through some specific examples of what you think needs to be done to boost the workforce
