This is an RT Scat Pack with the Hemi Orange package. That is the only package available that has this stripe included. It was only available for the last few model years of the Challenger/Charger.
While it is not technically an SRT Challenger, it does borrow a lot of equipment from the SRT models. SRT Brembo brakes, SRT hood, performance packages, etc. The Scat Pack replaced the SRT 392 Challengers. The only models that have SRT badging are the Hellcats and up now. That is why you see the RT badge in front.
It does have the larger engine. This is the 6.4L Hemi (392), instead of the usual 5.7L engine found in RT Challengers.
