And I say that the taxi on the right-hand side has a 30% higher likelihood of getting into a crash than the one on the left Which one would you like to choose? The answer is obvious But that’s the position we put ourselves in when we neglect our sleep

Research has shown that a lack of sleep increases the risk of having an accident while driving.
Renowned sleep expert Dr. Matthew Walker and Nissan UX Innovation Dr. Lucian Gheorghe are studying the issue. They’re finding ways to help people get a better night’s sleep – which could lead to more alert drivers and safer roads.
