I have a set of heavily used RPF1s on my car, I bought them like this for cheap. Any recommendations on how to fix these without having to have the wheels fully repainted and redone?
They don’t look too bad from the pic. You can probably just sand them down until smooth and repaint. If they’re going to continue being heavy use I wouldn’t bother doing much more than that. I’ve heard of people filling in low spots with jbweld, alloy repair kits, etc but have no experience with those.

Your probably not gonna find the same color matched paint. Black just isn’t black, there are probably hundreds of different shades of black.
Saw you mentioned you did not want to sand the wheels. Buy some black spray paint, maybe 4 cans, a few cans of clear coat, and some note cards like we all used in school.
Take wheels off car. Put cards around tire where it meets the rim, this will shield your tire from a majority of the over spray. Spray 1 side of your wheel. Let it dry, flip them over and repeat on the inside. Let them dry. I would do 2 or 3 coats of paint on each side. Then repeat the process with the clear.
Cheap, easy, and if your wheels get hit again, save the left over spray paint. This may not be the 100 percent proper way to do it, but you asked for cheap and easy. A paint pen prob won’t match and will probably just fade away relatively quickly.

I carry a black nail polish in my vehicle for such events. Works a treat.
