The market for fossil fuel cars is, by now, tiny (in September there were less than 750 pure gasoline/diesel vehicles registered in Norway – across *all* brands combined)…and a ban on the sale of fossil fuel cars will go in effect in Norway merely 12 months after VWs ‘early exit’, anyhow.
Nobody is buying them. It’s not like VW is doing this NC to save the planet. They would sell diesels if they could.

EXCITING IN ANY WAY!

This is a rather unspectacular statement really. First off this is for the personal vehicles segment, so it presumably does not impact Caddy, Crafter or Transporter line vans meant for the commercial market. It might also not impact the amarok pickup as it is only borderline a personal vehicle.
So based on what they publish on their current webpages that leaves the T-Roc and Golf as the models being phased out. Other non EV models seems to have been phased out already.
