A proposed ordinance change in Waukee is causing an uproar in the bike community.

The Waukee City Council is considering adding electronic bikes and scooters to its bicycle regulations. It includes a 20 mph trail speed limit and restrictions on riding on streets with speed limits above 25 mph.
