Royal Enfield’s electric mobility brand Flying Flea has launched its first motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6 (FF.C6). The model will be available from April 10 at the brand’s first store in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. Bookings and test rides will open at 12 pm on April 10, while deliveries are scheduled to begin by the end of May 2026.
The FF.C6 is priced at ₹2.79 lakh (ex-showroom) and ₹1.99 lakh under the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model. The motorcycle will be offered in Storm Black and Flea Green colour options. The rollout will take place in phases across cities.
The model draws inspiration from the original Flying Flea motorcycle from the 1940s and has been adapted as an electric two-wheeler for urban mobility.
The FF.C6 has a top speed of 115 km/h, wheel torque of over 400 Nm, and a kerb weight of 124 kg. It is powered by a 3.91 kWh battery pack and supports rapid, standard, and trickle charging through a standard wall outlet. The company said the charging rate is approximately 1% per minute, with the battery charging from 20% to 80% in a little over 60 minutes. In terms of performance, the electric motorcycle delivers maximum motor torque of 60 Nm and peak power of 15.4 kW at 3,500 rpm. It also includes a regenerative braking system.
The motorcycle comes with features such as lean-angle ABS, traction control, tip-over alert, live location sharing, remote monitoring, WiFi, Bluetooth, and 4G connectivity. Other features include cruise control, voice assist, a programmable button, and over-the-air software updates. The FF.C6 uses a forged aluminium girder fork and features a round touchscreen instrument cluster. The design also includes a removable pillion setup and adjustable footpeg positions.
Speaking on the launch, B. Govindarajan, Managing Director, Eicher Motors Ltd and Chief Executive Officer, Royal Enfield, said “We are excited to introduce the Flying Flea C6, marking our first step into electric motorcycling in our 125th year – a milestone that reflects both our legacy and our intent for new beginnings. For over a century, Royal Enfield has been driven by a singular pursuit: to create pure, engaging motorcycling experiences. With Flying Flea, we are carrying this philosophy into the electric era. This is not just about going electric- it is about creating a new category of urban mobility that is rooted in experience, not just specifications or numbers. The FF.C6 has been built by a dedicated team with deep in-house expertise across hardware and software, resulting in an agile, design and technology-led motorcycle that feels intuitive, connected, and alive to the rider. For the launch of FF.C6, we are taking a steady, city-by-city approach and will initially roll it out in phases. With Flying Flea we are not just introducing a motorcycle, we are shaping the future of riding and welcoming a new generation of riders into the world of Royal Enfield. We have a strong pipeline of electric two-wheelers that will continue to build on our vision over time.”
Flying Flea said the product has been developed in-house by a team of over 200 engineers across India and the UK and is supported by more than 45 patent applications. The company also noted that the FF.C6 received the Red Dot Award under the Design Concept category in 2025.
