A little more than three months after it entered the Chasing Cars office, we bid farewell to the Geely Starray EM-i Inspire, a plug-in hybrid medium SUV rival for the BYD Sealion 5, MG HS Super Hybrid and Chery Tiggo 7 Super Hybrid.

Over the time with us, the Starray EM-i — rarely — got better with an over-the-air software update bringing much improved usability and much less safety system-related annoyance.
