Shirley Sawatsky finds it funny how electric cars have existed since at least 1834, long before gasoline cars were invented. “Now, the powers to be are looking at electric again,” she noted, having come across this rusty old vehicle along 232 Street recently. “It’s reminding us how it all got started with gas-powered vehicles,” Sawatsky added.
