When I made my last question based post on this subreddit (about what was the most "boring" classic car) a lot of people said the Tri-Five (specifically the 57's) with how often you would see one.

Personally I like the 57's but I never got the god-like hype surrounding them from the old heads (in truth I always found more interested in the 55/56 models). Maybe it's because of their appearances in pop culture that made them so beloved, maybe because their the perfect representation of an time gone by (I probably just answered my own question lol)

I am relatively young (18) so it wouldn't hurt to learn more about why this considered the ultimate 'boomer-mobile"
