W140 1998 from US Ohio

Hello, last year I bought this s320 1998 smoke silver and parchment interior from USA and exported it to Eu. Started the restoration but I’m curious about previous maintenance. Any help, how to reach out to find the first owner? In the car fax report it was owned by the same person for 26 years as a corporate vehicle.
