
This may be just a pet peeve for me personally, but it certainly bugs me when automakers cut obvious corners like this.
One of my least favourite design trends in modern cars is the inconsistency with lighting on the opposite end.
Take for example, the tenth-generation Honda Accord (2018-2022). The headlights and turn signals are blessed with LEDs, while the rear settles for halogen, incandescent bulbs for the turn signals.
Like a 1984 Volkswagen Rabbit.
