All New 2026 TANK 700 Hi4-Z | 900HP Plug-In Hybrid Monster
The Tank 700 Hi4-Z is the latest flagship SUV from Great Wall Motor’s premium off-road brand Tank, combining luxury, electrification, and serious off-road capability.
Introduced in 2026, the full-size plug-in hybrid SUV is designed to compete with vehicles like the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 and the Mercedes-Benz G-Class.
At its core is the Hi4-Z plug-in hybrid powertrain, pairing a turbocharged petrol engine with dual electric motors and a large battery pack. The system delivers close to 900 horsepower, making it one of the most powerful SUVs in its class.
The approximately 59 kWh battery enables up to 190 km of electric driving range (CLTC), allowing many daily trips to be completed without using fuel.
Despite its electrified setup, the Tank 700 Hi4-Z retains a body-on-frame chassis and advanced four-wheel-drive system, ensuring genuine off-road capability.
The SUV also features premium interior materials, large digital displays, and a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor for advanced driver-assistance technology.
