Please let me know if I'm in the wrong subreddit. I'm planning a trip to Death Valley, and a lot of the more convenient routes for my particular plans take me by the Chargepoint station in Beatty, NV on Hwy 95. Apparently the CCS charger is broken, but the photos (and some of the reviews) show Tesla chargers. I've got a GM vehicle with the Tesla adapter, but I understand some of the Tesla stations still don't accept other vehicles. Given how… remote this one is, I really don't want to be counting on this station only to find out I have to slow charge for 6 hours (or, worse, wait for someone else to charge 6 hours before I do).
So, has anyone charged a non-Tesla at this station? Any reports on on charging speed or connection issues?
