I have a 2015 civic and I just maxed out the rear by taking out the locking collar and now am running zero preload with about a 2 finger gap between the top porch and the spring at full droop. The spring cannot come out at full droop due to the protrusion in the top perch. Will this pass inspection in VA and are there any shops that will pass it?
