On January 24, the suspect returned to the property multiple times.
At 6:24 p.m., surveillance cameras recorded him inspecting the e-bike before moving it to a nearby shed.
The suspect left the property at 6:29 p.m., returned at 7:09 p.m., and spent several minutes examining the bike before loading it into a vehicle and leaving the premises.
