The best financing deals on hybrid cars and PHEVs in February feature interest rates starting at 0% APR. Tax credits for EVs expired last fall, and, as expected, most PHEV prices went up. As a result, the relatively low prices of hybrids could create big advantages when compared with fully-electric vehicles.

It has a lower rate than the hybrid. The 2026 Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid has a great regional financing deal with 1.99% APR for up to 72 months. Based on our analysis, that’s the lowest rate they’re currently advertising on hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles.
This is available for all trims, including the new blacked-out Nightshade edition. Unfortunately, the deal excludes the regular 2026 Toyota Prius. If you’re looking to finance the hybrid, it’s available with $500 finance cash, but at a higher interest rate of 4.99% APR.
This deal is currently available in Boston, Chicago, Gulf States, Los Angeles, Portland, and Central Atlantic states through March 2.

Basically the same rate as the 2025 model. For an all-new vehicle, the 2026 Toyota RAV4 may be worth a look based on the brand’s first financing deal. As before, it’s 4.99% for 60 months. That’s only slightly higher than the interest rate on the outgoing 2025 Toyota RAV4, which is 4.75% APR.
The RAV4 redesign may be hard to find. Toyota has communicated that the new RAV4 may be in short supply due to a production delay. There are no clearance deals on the outgoing model. If you can avoid a dealer markup, the 44 mpg RAV4 Hybrid could be a surprisingly good deal out of the gate.

Surprise rate cut. Once again, the 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid offers interest-free financing for 60 months. That’s the same deal we saw back in December before the interest rate crept up to 0.99%. You’ll have a hard time finding a better deal on a 2026 hybrid. The Santa Fe Hybrid has an EPA rating of up to 36 mpg overall.

Best deal yet. Subaru’s interest rates for the 35 mpg Forester Hybrid got a massive price cut last month. Unlike the gas version, the 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid has 0% financing for 72 months. Before the change, the interest rate was 1.9%. This is now one of the best financing deals on an SUV. The national offer ends on March 2.

One of the few mid-sized SUVs with 0% financing. The 2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid is a surprisingly good buy. However, we think the 60-month option at 0.9% APR might be more appealing. On a $40,000 vehicle, it would significantly lower your payment and only cost around $900 in interest. The Sorento gets 37 mpg overall.

Cheaper than a Prius. The 2025 Kia Niro may be one of the cheapest hybrids with zero-percent financing for 60 months through March 2. For reference, the 2026 Toyota Prius has a 5-year rate of 4.99%. We estimate that a $30,000 Niro could cost nearly $4,000 less than a $30,000 Prius. The Niro gets up to 53 mpg overall.
