Help on fitment

My wheels are wide (18×10.5 I believe) as they came off my last widebody build where they fit nicely.

I love them and the look but they have some rash, and before I go invest to get them fixed and powder coated can I get some ideas on how to get more of a flush fitment? I’m fairly ignorant when it comes to the fitment department.

I’m considering OLM S201 flares to make things more flush but I still rub in the back currently even after rolling my fenders.
