The Geely Galaxy M7 plug-in hybrid crossover broke covers in China with an electric range of 225 km and a fuel consumption of 3.35 liters per 100 km. It is the second car under the Geely Galaxy’s M-series after the flagship M9 crossover.
The Geely Galaxy M7 applied for a sales license in China in December 2025. This car is seemingly similar to the petrol-powered Geely Atlas (Boyue L) in terms of styling and dimensions. Later, the interior of the Geely Galaxy M7 was seen in China ahead of its debut.
On February 2, Geely began warming up the audience ahead of the launch of its new SUV. It shared official images and some technical details about the Galaxy M7.

The Geely Galaxy M7 was revealed in black exterior color. The car has a closed front end with sharp headlights joined by an LED strip. The new SUV adopts a large trapeze-shaped air intake, traditional door handles, multi-spoke rims, and a single taillight unit. The M7 has a slightly curved roofline and sculpted rear fenders.

The interior of the Geely Galaxy M7 adopts a large floating touchscreen and an LCD instrument cluster behind the wheel. The center tunnel of the car has a 50W wireless phone charging pad, a block of physical controls, and two cup holders. This SUV has speakers integrated into the A-pillars as well as the face ID camera on the driver’s side. Other features include ambient lighting and crystal knobs.
Geely officials disclosed that the Galaxy M7 will adopt the Aegis Golden Brick battery. It features a flexible dual-coated separator and an aluminum oxide heat-resistant coating. Last year, Geely demonstrated the safety of such a battery pack, crushing it with a 36-ton tank. According to the company, the M7 supports fast DC charging.

The new SUV can run up to 225 km in electric mode. The mixed range reaches 1,730 km under an unknown driving cycle. Moreover, the Geely Galaxy M7 boasts a fuel consumption of 3.35 liters per 100 km with a depleted battery.
The Geely Galaxy M7 is a mid-size SUV with dimensions of 4770/1905/1685 mm. Its wheelbase reaches 2,785 mm. The car adopts a 1.5-liter engine (BHE15-BFN) producing a maximum power of 82 kW (110 hp). The top speed reaches 180 km/h.
