what tire size do i run

currently running a 225/40/19 on a 19×8.5 and i want to go lower so im thinking of downsizing my tire to either a 215/40/19 or a 225/35/19. my only issue w the 215 is im not sure if it’ll give me that shorter sidewall im looking for, and for the 225/35 (i have a spare that has that tire on it which is why im more inclined towards it) also the roads i live near are lowkey ass so i’m not tryna pop a tire even running like 40 psi on lowpros. lmk your thoughts/opinions. pic for current setup
