Tesla announced on Friday that the Model Y Performance is now available to order in several Middle Eastern markets, including Israel, the UAE, and Qatar.

The trim is now offered in three of the four Middle Eastern markets where Tesla operates, with Saudi Arabia expected to follow.

The Performance trim of the refreshed Model Y was first introduced in Europe in late August.

It was then launched in the United States in September, just a few hours before the end of the $7,500 federal consumer credit on EV purchases.

UAE

As of Friday, customers can order the Model Y Performance in the UAE for AED 239,900, equivalent to $65,300.

The version is priced AED 65,000 above the entry-level Rear Wheel-Drive, which starts at AED 174,900 ($47,600).

The price is also AED 35,000 higher than the other All Wheel Drive trim, which is the Long Range, and begins at AED 204,900 ($55,800).

According to the website, customers are expected to take delivery of the vehicle between February and March.

If purchasing any trim of the Model Y — or the Model 3 — customers can take advantage of a 0% financing rate for 5 years, granted they take delivery of the vehicle up until March 31.

In the UAE, customers can also order the Model S and Model X, which are available with unlimited free Supercharging.

It is currently the only Tesla market in the Middle East where the luxury models are present.

The lineup is complete with the Cybertruck, which is priced from AED 404,900 ($110,250).

Qatar

In Qatar, Tesla offers the Model Y, the Model 3, and the Cybertruck.

The company’s best-selling SUV is priced from QAR 164,900 ($45,000). For those purchasing the Performance trim, the price goes up to QAR 229,900 ($65,750).

Deliveries for any of the versions are scheduled to take place between February and March.

Customers can benefit from a 0% financing rate for 6 years and an additional year of insurance coverage when purchasing a Model Y or Model 3 vehicle there.

Prices for the Cybertruck start at QAR 384,990 ($105,100). Deliveries for orders placed on Friday are estimated to take place in April-May 2026.

Israel

Tesla sells its best-selling Model Y and Model 3 in Israel.

As of Friday, the remaining three models it produces are still listed on the website, but can not be configured.

The entry-level Model Y is priced from ILS 173,990 ($55,470), while the Performance trim begins ILS 53,000 higher at ILS 226,990 ($72,370).

Similar to other Middle Eastern markets, Tesla is offering customers a 6-year financing plan at 0% interest, contingent on vehicle delivery by March 31.

Model Y Across the Globe

Tesla introduced the Model Y Standard in the US and Europe last year, lowering the vehicle’s entry-level price by roughly $5,000.

As of press time, the variant has not yet been launched in the Middle East.

The company has also expanded the Model Y lineup with six- and seven-seat versions, introduced in China and the US, respectively.

Last summer, Tesla debuted the Model Y L in China, where it quickly became a leading model in the six-seat SUV segment.

In December, the Model Y was the country’s best-selling vehicle across all powertrains.

Earlier this week, Tesla reintroduced the seven-seat Model Y in the United States after it was discontinued following the SUV’s refresh early last year.
