hit and run police said cant help what shpuld the repair costs be possibly

I got hit anf run at the mall with no parking cameras in ghe garage which is what the police said and the mall doesnt wanna make the footage available its a rlly bad dent and headlight broken. what could the repair costs possibly be if i buy the headlight and pull out the dent? Its a 2023 elantra that i just purchasd 3 months ago
