Worth adjusting ride height? On coilovers for a couple years now. Pic for reference(?)

Was hearing some creaky noises coming from rear so had a shop check it out and only thing they noticed was it's pretty low in the rear to where its hitting my tires and making marks 🙁 I JUST got an alignment when I had to get all new tires cause the old ones had dry rot. Can I go like 6 or more months without issues? They recommend adjusting height but like…I just spend a good chunk not too long ago lol
