MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A man confronted a robber and was shot, and it was all caught on camera.
The video shows a robber stealing a victim’s e-bike and carrying it to a car late last night at the Quick Stop on South Florida Street. The video shows the suspect putting the bike in the trunk.
After the victim came out of the store, he realized what was happening and went to get his bike back. As he was trying to do that, the suspect pulled a gun and aimed it at the victim’s head.
Seconds later, the gunman lowered his aim and shot the victim in the leg. The victim eventually got his bike back and left the scene.
Police are asking anyone who recognizes the shooter or the blue four-door sedan seen in the video to call MPD. Police say the victim is expected to be OK.
