Tesla “Cyber Truck” E-Bike?
And now these Segue Zyber Zyber. You get these, you can get a dual battery. These are solid. If you need something to really soak up the bumps, got a lot of power. It’s got a lot of tech in it, too. Like, these are legit. These are probably Segway’s most expensive ebike. They’re about 3,300 bucks. They’ve got these right outside of Long Beach eBikes. Tell me about this Segway. Come, Daniel. Tell me about this Segue Zyber over here. What kind of rider typically likes the zyber? A lot of people like the zyers. When they first came out, a lot of people we sold like 20 units. They’re kind of a beast, huh? Yeah, we were like 30, 40 units and they sold out really quickly. Now, if somebody’s watching this and they’re down in Long Beach, can they can they test drive these? Yeah, they can come test drive them. How does that work? Uh, we just come in, ask Bruce, bring your license, your ID. We’ll take the ID and then you can take it on the test ride either in the parking lot and we’ll let you go down this bike lane, but you got to be careful. Okay. Okay. You like this one personally? Yeah. Yeah. What do you tell me what you like about it? I like uh the acceleration. It’s got really good acceleration. It’s got good snap. I like the throttle. It’s full twist. Uh the brakes are DLT brakes. So, you feel really confident riding in it. Yeah. Hey, tell me about the tech on this bike. It’s got some good tech, too. Uh GPS. Uh it has it’s linked to your app. So and on the app you can do a lot of other things with it. Uh like increasing the speed. Nice, man. Right now 20 miles per hour, but once you do a software update, you can take it into off-road mode and make it go 35. Really? Yeah. And tell me about the dual battery. Dual battery. The add-on is it’s pricey. It’s like $8.99, I believe, with installation, but it gives you like 112 milesi of range. They say on the website it says 112. But what what what what buyers might consider if you’re riding this a lot, if it’s your primary transportation, it’s it might be worth the extra 900 bucks. It will. Yeah, it would be. It would be if you’re going far with it, it would really benefit you if you got the extra extra battery for sure. Excellent. And let me
The Segway Xyber is widely considered one of the most advanced “moto-style” e-bikes released.
Segway Xyber—a futuristic, moto-style e-bike that looks straight out of a sci-fi movie. If you’ve been looking for an e-bike that bridges the gap between a bicycle and a dirt bike, this is it.
Speed & Performance
Out of the box, the Xyber is a beast. While it ships as a street-legal Class 2 e-bike, the real magic happens when you unlock “Off-Road Mode.” In this mode, the bike transforms, hitting speeds of 35-38 MPH (approx. 60 km/h) with incredible torque. It can go from 0 to 20 MPH in just 2.5 seconds!
Battery & Range (The $900 Upgrade)
One of the wildest features is the dual-battery system. The bike comes with one massive 1440Wh battery, but you can add a second one to the frame for double the range.
• Single Battery: ~47 miles range
• Dual Battery: ~95 miles range
• Cost: The extra battery is expensive (around $900–$1,000 installed), but if you are using this as a car replacement, that massive range anxiety killer is absolutely worth it.
“Cyber” Tech Features
The tech on this bike is what truly sets it apart from competitors like Sur-Ron or Super73:
• Keyless “AirLock”: The bike unlocks automatically via Bluetooth when you walk up to it with your phone.
• Cockpit Display: A gorgeous full-color dashboard that shows navigation, music controls, and real-time power stats.
• Active Scene Perception: The bike actually knows when you are going uphill or carrying a passenger and adjusts the torque automatically.
• Security: Built-in GPS tracking and alarm systems (Apple Find My compatible).
Is the Segway Xyber the ultimate electric scrambler? Let’s take it for a ride and find out.
Let me know in the comments:
Would you pay the extra $900 for the second battery, or is one enough for your commute?
