The Jaguar XJ41 was a project code for a Jaguar sports car prototype, intended as the long-awaited successor to the legendary E-Type, which ultimately was cancelled before production.

The XJ41 program was cancelled in 1990 shortly after Ford purchased Jaguar. Ford management, focusing on improving the quality of existing production models, found the XJ41 project to be late, over budget, and overweight.
