WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Keep your red or blue Christmas lights on the house and not on the car— that’s if you don’t want a ticket.
The West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD) is warning drivers that while red and blue lights on the front of a car may look festive, they’re actually illegal.

The reminder comes after officers pulled over a white Tesla that was decked out in holiday lights.
“Yes, it’s festive. No, it’s not street-legal, whether you’re cruising the North Pole or our streets,” the police department says.
