Over 70mpg without a charge! #toyota #prius #hybrid
This is a 2025 Toyota Prius, and it’s quite a looker, isn’t it? Now, excuse the smaller wheels on this one because this is the entry- level model, and these are for aerodynamics. So, the higherend model has nicer 19-in alloys, but I still think this is quite a looker. It’s a bit of a spaceship, almost looks like a concept car that’s actually finally made it into production. As we head round the outside of the car, you’ll notice that we’ve got a really sleek body style that goes all the way along. So, you can see we’ve got this kind of really sloping roof line right the way round to the back. And the back of the car almost looks a bit like the newer Tesla Model Y in my opinion. It’s got that kind of really squared off back end with the light bar style going across the back of it. And yeah, you can see based on the roof line. Really, really sleek package. And in this sort of metallic gray as well, a bit of a looker, I think. Now, plug-in hybrid only in the UK now, which is quite interesting. But what you will notice is that even when this is out of charge, it has about 50 mi of range, but even when it’s out of charge, it still gets around 70 MPG average, which is absolutely insane. And then backed with up to 10 years of warranty and up to 15 years of battery warranty. Now, the tech in here is a little bit outdated in comparison to some more modern cars and more modern manufacturers, but it gets the job done. It’s quite cozy and a bit of a cockpit feel to it. So, I think actually Toyota has still done a pretty good job at catering to people who want a more analog driving experience than a modern EV.
